Wholesale Terms & Conditions

I agree to purchase products from Bossy Studio & Co a.k.a. Brows by Bossy ("Supplier") at wholesale prices as outlined in the Wholesale Price List provided by Supplier. I understand that all orders are subject to acceptance by Supplier, and Supplier reserves the right to reject any order in its sole discretion.

Payment Terms: I agree to pay for all orders in full at the time of purchase or within the specified payment terms agreed upon with Supplier. I understand that late payments may result in suspension or termination of wholesale privileges.

Resale and Pricing: I agree not to engage in price sharing or price competition with other retailers of Supplier's products. I agree to maintain pricing consistent with Supplier's suggested retail prices to maintain brand integrity.

Product Resale: I agree to sell Supplier's products only through the physical location specified in the wholesale application or approved by Supplier in writing. I understand that I may not sell Supplier's products through online marketplaces or third-party websites without prior written consent from Supplier.

Marketing and Branding: I agree to use Supplier's trademarks, logos, and branding materials only as provided by Supplier and in accordance with Supplier's brand guidelines. I agree not to alter or modify Supplier's branding materials without prior written consent from Supplier.

Compliance with Laws: I agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the sale and distribution of Supplier's products. Termination: I understand that Supplier reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, with or without cause, upon written notice to me.

Confidentiality: I agree to keep all pricing, product information, and other confidential information provided by Supplier confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without Supplier's prior written consent.

Governing Law: I understand that this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.

Entire Agreement: I understand that this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between me and Supplier with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
