We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns as outlined below.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unused, undamaged and in resale condition.
- Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: Used or damaged (cut through) Temporary Tattoo Brow Sheets, opened and/or used Stamp & Stencil Brow Applicators, and opened eyebrow stencils.
We prioritize the well-being of our customers, and adhering to stringent health standards is essential in the beauty industry. By maintaining a strict policy on used product returns, we can guarantee that every item we offer is brand new and free from any potential health hazards. Once a product has been opened and/or touched the skin, it becomes unsuitable for resale due to the risk of contamination. This includes the potential transfer of bacteria, viruses, or other allergens that could pose serious health risks. Any discounted items on an order will be refunded first, as most discounted items are not available without a full price purchase.
HOW TO RETURN
Standard Post: You can purchase a prepaid, trackable shipping label to print and affix to your return package from your preferred carrier. Drop it off at your preferred carrier and we will process it once received at our warehouse! If using the original Brows by Bossy packaging to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to our warehouse.

Brows by Bossy does not offer free returns at this time.
If you wish to return something you purchased using AfterPay, the process is the same.
We aim to process returns within 30 business days of receiving them in our Florida warehouse, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you’re concerned that your return has been delivered but not processed in a timely fashion, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
