Can my parcel be redirected to a different address?
If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be reshipped for a small reshipping fee of $3.99 or your order may be cancelled and refunded with a restocking charge of $5.00. We will notify you if this happens and give you the option, of course!
How do I track the delivery of my order?
Yay, you are so close to receiving your package! Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic email with a USPS tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you.
What if I haven't received my order?
Our average shipping times of "3-5 business days" can be significantly affected by any current delays in your area. During these unprecedented times surrounding COVID-19, we highly recommend you check with your local USPS delivery facility to inquire about any delays due to the global circumstances which will prepare you for any delays concerning your package. Depending on your area, the capacity restrictions in your area may be significantly higher or lower than other delivery areas, and this may impact the delivery time of your package, which is unfortunately completely out of our control at this time. Shipping times are not guaranteed. If for any reason your package has not been delivered within 14 business days, please email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include your order number. We will reship your package after 7 consecutive business days with no tracking updates.
