   • I agree to use Supplier's trademarks, logos, and branding materials only as provided by Supplier and in accordance with Supplier's brand guidelines.
   • I agree not to alter or modify Supplier's branding materials without prior written consent from Supplier.

6. Compliance with Laws:

   • I agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the sale and distribution of Supplier's products.

7. Termination:

   • I understand that Supplier reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, with or without cause, upon written notice to me.

8. Confidentiality:

   • I agree to keep all pricing, product information, and other confidential information provided by Supplier confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without Supplier's prior written consent.

9. Governing Law:

10. Entire Agreement:
